Take US278 east over the bridge to Hilton Head Island. Follow US278 past Mile Marker 2. Make left at stoplight from 278 onto Wilborn Road (sign  Hilton Head Public Schools). Go 1/10th of a mile on Wilborn Road and ILC is at the corner of Main and Wilborn.

Follow US278 west as if going off island. Travel just past Mile Marker 3. Make right at the light located at intersection of US278 and Wilborn Road. Go 1/10th of a mile on Wilborn Road and ILC is at the corner of Main and Wilborn.
